IT WAS A REFURBISHING SATURDAY !

You have become a  true mother when you carry your brain child for years and deliver it after 3 years.Thats the feel I got when I refurbished our CBHR on June 16-2018.

It was a cloudy Saturday when we had around 35 registrations the day before . We anticipated 20 HR leaders for the event. However we had commiited 10+ attending the event. Ramzon weekend and rains blessed us to have a small interactive team this time.

Members were given New CBHR membership cards.

As I always say " Small has nothing to do with Value Offered" .

The program started at10 :30 am with opening speech by me on CBHR its Idea and the Vision.

Later the floor was opened to brainstorming on path forward. Several ideas got opened up and the agenda for next meeting was also fixed.

Then it was a session by me on " Innovation" under the Blue Ocean Framework.

Later Mr Vig CPO of Mosaikrisk also presented his project work on " Gamification and PMS".

The event ended with specfic agenda for next meet which shall be circulated later.

We had HRs from Visteon, Mosaikrisk, Guardian, TVH,Infoview,Lafors, Pranion and Calydon.

Senior Leaders from  Visteon,GE, Hitachi, Brakes, Lincol Electric ,Sundaram Group etc have also committted for next meet.
